This Folk Victorian tri-gable house with Craftsman porch detailing was built
in the early 1900?s and maintains many of its original and acquired details.
The two-bedroom house has one bath, a kitchen and parlor with a decorative
arch in the entry hall. Beautiful hardwood covers all of the floors in this
gem of a house. Although it has good bones, the house could use some
updating in the bathroom and the rear bedroom roof will need repair.
