Lot Size: ~0.15 acres
Square Feet: ~1400
Zoning: R-3
Neighborhood: Old North Durham

This Folk Victorian tri-gable house with Craftsman porch detailing was built in the early 1900?s and maintains many of its original and acquired details. The two-bedroom house has one bath, a kitchen and parlor with a decorative arch in the entry hall. Beautiful hardwood covers all of the floors in this gem of a house. Although it has good bones, the house could use some updating in the bathroom and the rear bedroom roof will need repair.

The house is named for the earliest known families to occupy the house. Daniel and Mildred Glosson and their two sons lived in the house from 1926 to 1935. Mr.. Glosson was Branch manger of The Gt A&P Tea Company. J Oscar and Alma Corianna Maynor and their two children lived in the house from 1926-1962. Mr.. Maynor was the supervisor of the Cary Lumber Company.
