Historic Happy Hours Occur Bi-Monthly

Join Preservation Durham members and friends at these events designed to provide a networking forum for folks interested in learning about preservation related issues in Durham. Join us after work to unwind and learn something from local professionals who are knowledgeable about various preservation topics. Mark your calendar now; gatherings are scheduled on selected evenings of alternate months, October 2011 through June 2012.

Historic Happy Hour 2011-2012

 
October 27, 2011: Thirst4Architecture with George Smart, 6-8pm, Full Steam Brewery, 726 Rigsbee Avenue Come join us for a drink and meet other preservation-minded people when Preservation Durham co-hosts one of this Triangle-wide series of gatherings of architecture and design lovers organized by Triangle Modernist Houses. These exciting, informal happy hours are free and open to the public, welcoming architects, artists, designers, interior designers, realtors, engineers, contractors, property investors, building managers, Modernist homeowners, materials and furniture dealers – or anyone with a huge crush on great architecture! Co-sponsored by Ellen Cassilly Architect and Urban Durham Realty.
